Q: Received a damaged product?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will reship the product for you at the earliest - at our cost. We might ask you to return the damaged product or send us a picture for our reference.
Q: Ordered a Boxing Glove and received a Handwrap?
That was certainly not our intention. We're terribly sorry for the unpleasant surprise! Please inform us and the right product will soon be on its way. We will also arrange for a Pick up.
Q: Did not like the product?
You may simply choose to return product within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please make sure that the product is unused with original packaging and the MRP tags are intact.
Q: How do I get my product Exchanged?

You have to send the product back to us after inspection we will initiate the exchange.

We could arrange a courier for you or you can use your local courier to have it delivered to our registered address.
Q: What is the duration for Exchange/Return?
Product can be Exchanged /Returned within 15 days from placing the order if it is in saleable condition (unused, with original packaging & MRP tags intact).
Q: When will the refund amount reflect in my account?
It will take 7-10 working days once a refund is initiated.

Q: Can you explain what includes/excludes in the Guarantee?
All Products have guarantee as mentioned in the respective product page. This includes any kind of manufacturing defect irrespective of the platform of your purchase (online or stores)
The guarantee is not applicable for:
Parts subject to wear and tear.
Damage caused by wrong installation, negligence or poor maintenance.
Altering/customizing the product or using the product in a manner it is not intended for.
Guarantee can be claimed if the restriction of use and care instructions are not violated.
