Delivery
Delivery is usually done within 3-7 days. Due to COVID-19 regulations and policies, we have a strict no return and no exchanges policy for all our products. IN SHORT: We process returns/refunds for defective/ wrong items received.
For size issues there are no returns/refunds. Exchanges are not promised (to avoid policy abuse) but we generally help, and issue store credit if your correct size is not available with us. Items returned must be sent to us in unused, unworn condition with original packaging, tags 100% intact.
No returns on Bike sales for size issues. Please contact the team before buying to confirm the right size. PRE-ORDER Cancellation will incur 5% cancellation fee. Cancellation without reason by the customer will also incur 5% cancellation fee as long as the product has not yet been shipped. If it is shipped there are no cancellations possible . No returns/ refunds/ exchanges for sale, discounted or clearance items for any reason.
Returns
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
All sale items are final purchases.
