How the delivery charge is calculated?

 Shipping charges are weight-based in India.

 In the case of international Shipping, the rates are different for different countries and also weight-based.

 Cash on Delivery option is not available in India and  outside India.

How are taxes charged?

 All product prices are inclusive of taxes within India. For international orders, Customs taxes are to be borne by the customer, if applicable.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2 days of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days in India and 10-15 days internationally. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Make sure that you provide the complete valid address with the pin code and your full name and phone number at the time of order.

 If the phone number is incorrect the delivery will not happen. Also 'Preordered' items which are made-on-order need at least 4 - 8 weeks for dispatch. Preordered items cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

NOTE: In exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents, unforeseen technical glitches, widespread diseases, natural calamities, government restrictions, transport disruptions, political unrest, or festive time, we may not be able to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver or pick up your order at the earliest.
